What types of music boxes do you offer?
We currently have two types of mechanical music boxes. The hand crank type, which allows a music box to produce a sound by turning a crank. And the wind-up type, which is semi-automatic. Some of our music boxes come with beautiful images engraved on the wood and others are simpler and without images.
Do you offer custom music boxes?
Yes, we have a small collection of customizable boxes. Simply choose a song from our catalog and send us the photo of your choice to appear on the photo frame.
What materials are your music boxes made from?
We are committed to providing high-quality, durable products. Therefore, the choice of materials is very important to us. The internal mechanism as well as the crank are made of metal while the shell of the boxes is made of wood. Some boxes are made with walnut wood offering rich, warm tones and durability, enhancing both sound quality and aesthetic appeal.

Of course, but please note that packages are shipped 1-2 business days after you placed the order. Therefore, it is important to inform us of any changes quickly by sending us a message.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging ?
Yes, simply select the gift wrapping option when you are about to add a music box to your cart.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your location. We are based in Canada, so if you are in the United States, for example, you should receive your package within two weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
The simple answer is yes !
Can I track my order?
Yes, all our packages come with a tracking number. After you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking link. Click on the link to see the status of your shipment.
You can also use our Track order status page on our website. Simply put your tracking number and you will see the updates.
What should I do if my music box arrives damaged?
We take great care in the way we deliver packages. Before shipping, we always make sure to add a protective layer to prevent breakage. However, if this type of incident occurs, simply send us a message and we will assist you promptly.
Do you offer local pickup ?
Yes, if you are interested in a box and you live in the city of Montreal (Canada), simply send us a message and we will come up with an arrangement.
Do I receive separate packages if I purchase multiple items?
No, all items are combined into one shipment and shipping costs are charged only once.

How do I care for and maintain my music box?
Caring for and maintaining a music box can help ensure its longevity and preserve its beautiful sound. Here are some tips to keep your music box in good condition.
Dust Regularly: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to dust the exterior of the music box. Avoid using any cleaning products that could damage the finish.
Clean the Mechanism: If possible, gently remove dust from the inside mechanism using a soft brush or a can of compressed air. Be careful not to disturb any moving parts.
Avoid Moisture: Keep your music box away from humid environments, as moisture can damage both the wood and the mechanical parts.
Gentle Use: Always handle the music box gently. Avoid shaking or dropping it, which could disturb the internal mechanism.
Avoid Direct Sunlight: Place your music box in a location where it won’t be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods, as this can fade colors and damage the finish.
